Parents Involvement and Participation
At Fairy Tales Nursery, we believe that it is crucial for you to be involved as much as you can in your child’s life, whether at home or in the nursery. Such an involvement is an important part of raising and teaching children well, and we will therefore help you achieve this by providing opportunities for you to participate in our program. Planning diverse activities throughout the year is an excellent way for you to become involved. It promotes your interest in the programme(s) and most importantly encourages a positive relationship with your child at home. Feel free to contact us at anytime to discuss your child’s activities and progress, or any other related topic.
Our door is always open to you. Your visits to the nursery throughout the day are warmly welcomed. However, we do kindly ask you to first contact the nursery to arrange an appointment. This way, we can better assist such visits.
Release of Children
No person, unless previously authorized, will be allowed to pick up your child from our nursery. If for some reason, you could not collect your child and find it necessary to have any of the authorized persons to pick up your child, you must call us ahead of time. Any person not specifically listed on the ‘pick up permission’ as listed in the parent agreement form will not be allowed to pick up your child under any circumstances. Do keep in mind that the authorized pick up person, other than parent, must present the child's collection card. These are requirements which will be strictly imposed for the safety of your child.
Late Pick up of Children
If, for any reason, you have to collect your child late, you need to let us know in advance by speaking to us.
If you have, at any time, questions or concerns regarding the care of your child at the nursery, you should direct your questions first to the teacher of your child. If you have a concern or any questions regarding the administration of the nursery or its programme(s), please contact the Nursery's Director, in order for the nursery to adequately address your concern. This two-way communication is crucial for us and for your child’s care. We want not only the child, but also you, the parent, to feel comfortable around us. We seek to work closely with you to guarantee that your child's time with us is spent in a secure, happy and healthy environment.
